LEAP’s TREK Recipient
In 2025, Smaller Scale, LLC, was awarded TREK support through the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP). This allowed Smaller Scale to be accepted into the Fund Your Acceleration program – a joint program sponsored by LEAP, and the Lansing Regional SmartZone as well as the Michigan Small Business Development Center, Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the MSU Research Foundation. Painting
Whether it’s your living room, bathroom, outdoor deck or office, we pride ourselves in providing flawless paint coverage and a clean work environment.
Drywall
We patch drywall holes left behind
after electrical or plumbing repairs, small patches of water damage, or leftover holes from hanging pictures or curtain rods.
Small Projects
We’re happy to help with minor kitchen and bathroom updates, building garage shelving, fixing railings and even small custom builds. If you’re not sure what’s possible, contact us. We’re glad to talk through the possibilities.

Why Smaller Scale?

We specialize in those “minor” home repairs that may not get the attention of large contracting businesses.
